The Suminagashi 1485 console table combines the decorative presence of an art object with an elongated, almost graphic proportion. This console begins with Japanese suminagashi, the art of moving ink that inspired Ekaterina and Valerii Kuznetsov of the Ukrainian studio DECORKUZNETSOV. Across its long, narrow surface, their exclusive painting method produces a new composition every time; a choice spanning traditional ink shades and bold trend-led colours lets the piece respond to the atmosphere of its setting.
